Cloudsplitter Mountain Guides 2019 -- Scroll down for schedule and events!

For 2019, in addition to our contract and instructional work with the American Mountain Guides Association and the Climbing Wall Association, we also have availability for private guiding, instruction and partnership.

As individual members of the Certified Guides Cooperative, we have availability for seasonal opportunities in the Wasatch, Adirondacks and White Mountains (NH).

As AMGA/IFMGA Guides employed as Guest Guides (part-time) by several US National Park concessionaires (Jackson Hole Mountain Guides, Exum Mountain Guides and Alpine Ascents International) we have availability to partner for seasonal alpine and rock climbing opportunities in the Tetons, Wind Rivers, Rocky Mountain National Park, North Cascades, Red Rocks (NV) and European Alps.

As always, our business remains focused on high value, personalized partnerships we have built over the last two decades.

Summer in the Wasatch and beyond...

Steep, perfect granite in the Alps.

Salt Lake City has all of the hip urban amenities and easy access to climbing on quartzite, granite and limestone in the canyons and above in the Wasatch alpine. Early summer is a good time to practice both rock and snow climbing, especially for those preparing for more sustained alpine and expedition objectives later in the season.

SLC is also an affordable and accessible international airport, only 30 minutes up canyon to ‘the Greatest Snow on Earth.’
