To make a reservation
Please use the registration form below to start the reservation process.
Once we've confirmed your interests and our guides' availability, there are any of three ways you can make a deposit/payment and secure your reservation:
1) TELEPHONE. Give us a call at Riverside Basecamp (518)569-8910 in Keene Valley to make a reservation over the phone using a credit card.
2) E-MAIL INVOICE. E-mail us and Cloudsplitter can send you an electronic invoice and you can quickly and securely pay on-line with a credit card. (Note that you do NOT need a personal Paypal account). E-mail invoices work great- it's quick, easy & secure, all major cards are accepted, and there's no need to share your account information with us.
3) SNAIL MAIL. You can send a check or money order payable to Cloudsplitter Mountain Guides LLC, PO Box 11, Keene Valley, NY, 12943.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Note that due to scheduling demands, a non-refundable deposit of 50%/person/day is required to secure your reservation, with the balance due by the scheduled program date(s). In the event of uncooperative weather or conditions, we may suggest an alternative objective(s). Should you and your guide agree that conditions are unreasonable, Cloudsplitter will issue you a refund or credit for another day. While we can't guarantee perfect weather every day, and of course being outside is part of the game, Cloudsplitter's priority is foremost to ensure a fun and rewarding experience.
